Responsibilities:

1. Attend mould testing; troubleshoot for plastics injection mould process defects.

1. Conduct fitting & function test, review measurement date and prepare for submission.

1. Review, discuss about mould modification against customer and mould maker, follow up with status and progress.

1. Follow up new project status, monitor new tooling approval status.

1. Liaise with internal & external info source regarding new / existing tooling info.

1. Monitoring new tooling condition & testing status.

1. Coordinate new tooling sample submission and modification.

1. Monitoring new tooling ISIR measurement & report status.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication / Tool & Die / Welding or equivalent.

1. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

1. Applicants must have knowledge and experience in NPI field.

1. Applicants must possess knowledge of both injection moulding & electronics.

1. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

1. Preferably junior executives specializing in Engineering – Mechanical or Equivalent.
