1。 Result oriented, good track record in handing bakery & confectionery business development, product including; sandwich bread, buns, cream rolls,butter cake, sponge cake, chiffon cake, long shelf life cup cake, cookies and extruding snacks etc.

2. Strong in sales management; organization structure design, sales operating system and staffs training.

3. Develop business growth strategies and implementation.

4.Candidate must willing to work in Myanmar.

5. Company provide accommodation and transport to office and factory.

6. Yearly two round trips back to home for employee paid by company.

7. Employment contract on yearly renewal basis.  

8. Salary depend on candidate experiences of the above.
